Day 1

Arrive Cochin- Munnar  On arrival at Cochin airport proceed to Munnar. Munnar has all these and more. An unending expanse of tea plantations, pristine valleys and mountains, exotic species of flora and fauna in its wild sanctuaries and forests, and the aroma of spice scented cool air. Set at an altitude of 6000 ft, Munnar was the favored summer resort of the British rulers in the colonial days. On arrival check in to the Hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Munnar.

Day 2

Munnar City Tour Today you can have the full day sightseeing tour of the Romantic hills in Munnar, where you can visit the Eravikulam National Park to witness the jungle habitants and diferent and rare spices of wildlife. Then you can visit the Mattupetty dam which is constructed 1800 m above the sea level. Later visit Echo point. As the name resembles is its nature. The calmness of this place is frequently disturbed by the visitors since the word you throw to the nature in air, comes back again as an echo. Your next destination would be the tea museum (Closed on Monday). An informative place for all kids and tea lovers. This place has many photographs and machinery’s of how the tea leaves are processed and defnitely it will be exciting for tea sippers to know the mechanisms. In the evening take a quiet walk and explore the undisturbed nature. Overnight at the hotel in Munnar.

Day 3

Munnar- Thekkady  This morning drive to Thekkady which is famous for its wildlife sanctuary and for a large variety of spices found here. On reaching there, check into the hotel and later you mat opt to go for elephant ride and spice tour, boat ride. In the evening free to explore the spice market. Overnight at the hotel in Thekkady.

Day 4

Thekkady - Kumarakom This morning after breakfast proceed to Kumarakom - a group of little islands on the Vembanad Lake (longest Lake of India) in Kerala. On arrival check in the hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Kumarakom.

Day 5

Kummarakom-Alleppey .Today you will be transferred to Alleppey backwater and board your overnight Houseboat for a memorable Cruise in backwater. during your Cruise you can see many churches and villages and to know the backwater life of local People who lives there. Overnight at the houseboat in Alleppey.

Day 6

This morning you will be transferred to Cochin airport / railway station to board your fight/train back home or to your next destination.
