Kaziranga to Shillong. Jungle Safari Day.

Shillong to Shnongpdeng via Laitlum Grand Canyon & Krang Suri Falls. "Start your day early today and have your breakfast at the hotel. Get ready for the day and board your transfers to Shnonpdeng. On the way, we will take a short detour to the magnificent Laitlum Canyon. This Canyon was featured in the famous “Rock On 2” movie and offers perfect views of green rolling hills and deep gorges against the dramatic sky. We will soak in the stunning views of the canyon and then head further to Jowai. In Jowai, we will explore one of Meghalaya's most beautiful waterfalls - Krang Shuri. You can spend some time admiring the cascading falls or just relax by the blue water pool below the falls. Afterward, we will continue our road journey to Shnonpdeng and arrive there by evening. Check-in at the Riverside Camps/Homestay in Shnonpdeng for an overnight stay."

Shnongpdeng to Cherrapunji via Mawlynnong Village. "Wake up in the morning and have your breakfast. You can then head out to indulge in some water activities in the Umngot River. Later, we will hit the roads to Cherrapunji - the natural gem of Meghalaya. On the way, you will also visit Mawlynnong village - the cleanest village in Asia. We will walk around the village to understand the overall life and explore. Upon reaching Cherrapunji by evening, check-in to the hotel. Overnight stay in Cherrapunji."

Trek to the Double Decker Living Root Bridge. "In the morning, have breakfast and prepare for an adventurous day. Today, we will head to Tyrna village to start our trek to the famous Double Decker Living Root Bridges. With the help of a local guide, we will begin our trek through the forest and pass a number of bridges along the trail. Upon reaching the beautiful Double Decker Living Root Bridges, we will spend some time exploring and admiring this marvelous natural wonder. After sufficient time at the bridges, we will hike back up 3000 steps to return to the base village. By evening, you will reach Tyrna village and then board your transfer back to Cherrapunji. Arrive at your hotel in Cherrapunji for an overnight stay."

Cherrapunjee to Shillong via Nohkalikai & Wei Sawdong Falls Trek. In the morning, have your breakfast and board your transfers to Shillong. Before leaving Cherrapunji, you will visit the viewpoint of the amazing Nohkalikai Falls and hear the heart-wrenching story of Ka Likai, a tribal lady who jumped from the cliff of these falls, giving them their name. Next, we will go for a short hike to Wei Sawdong Waterfalls, just 14 km away from Nohkalikai Waterfalls. After hiking through lush green forests, you will be greeted with the beautiful sight of the 3-tiered Wei-Sawdong Falls. After enjoying the views, we will embark on a 2-hour drive to Shillong. Arrive in Shillong for an overnight stay."

Departure. Shillong to Guwahati. "In the morning, have your breakfast and get ready to board your transfers to Guwahati. En route, you will visit Umiam Lake, encircled by forest-covered Khasi hills. Later, enjoy a beautiful 3-4 hours drive to Guwahati. Your tour concludes when you are dropped off at Guwahati Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey (Flight should be after 2-3 pm). Bid adieu to Meghalaya, taking with you many cherished memories."
