Location: Pithapuram is situated in the East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh, India.

  2. Sage Vyasa’s Ashram:
    • Pithapuram is believed to be associated with the sage Vyasa, the revered author of the Mahabharata. It is considered a place of spiritual significance.

    • The town is an important center for Hindu rituals and festivals, drawing devotees from various regions.

Day 1 Rajamahendravaram - Samalkot – Pithapuram / Kakinada

Arrival at designated reporting place, proceed to Pithapuram - considered one of the first complete avatars (incarnations) of the deity Dattaatreya in Kali Yuga. On arrival proceed to visit ancient temple of Lord Shiva Sri Kukkuteswara Swamy Temple. Later visit Sripad Srivallabh Mandir (Swayambhu) Datta Darbar, Anagha Datta Kshetram, Visit Shree Satyanarayan mandir.

Notes: At Pithapuram temple men have to wear plain white / black loongi and Ladies have to wear a saree / salwar kameej (no specific color).

Day 2 Kakinada / Pithapuram – Vijaywada

Morning proceed to visit Kunti Madhav Temple – One of the 5 madhav temple in India. Then we proceed to Vijaywada - (formerly Bezawada) is the second largest city in Andhra Pradesh. On arrival visit Kanaka Durga Temple. This is the place where Arjuna obtained the Pashupatha astra after his great penance for Lord Shiva.

Day 3 Vijaywada – Srisailam

Later proceed to Srisailam. En-route visit magnificent rock-cut architecture - Undavalli Caves also known as monolithic rock cut cave. Later arrive at Srisailam.

Day 4 Srisailam

Srisailam is one of the most important pilgrimage centers of Lord Shiva in India and it's one of the twelve Jyotirlingas. Srisailam, also known as Sri Parvata is situated in the Rishabgiri Hills on the banks of River Krishna in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh. Also Visit Bhramaramba Devi Temple – One of the fifty two Shakti Peethas. Later Proceed to visit Sakshi ganesh, Shikhareshwar. Then we visit to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Spoorty Kendram.

Day 5 Srisailam – Raichur

Morning proceed to Raichur. En-route visit Raghvendra Swami Mantralay.

Day 6 Raichur – Kuravpur – Departue from Hyderabad

Proceed to Kuravpur Krishna river by a small elliptical boat (Putti or Theppa) to reach island. Visit holy Sripada Vallabha Paduka Mandir one of the ancient Temple and God Datta his TAPSYA BHUMI Shreepad Vallabh lived for 14 years in this area. Later Visit 1000 years old Banyan tree. Evening return back to Raichur. On arrival we proceed to visit Shree Vyankateshwar Temple. Later proceed to railway station.
